Counterfit Christianity
Most of what's called "christian" today is not christian. There are things that are said and done in the name of Jesus in so called christian churches, and on so called christian tv and radio that have nothing to do ith Jesus. We have this non-offensive christianity today that leaves out any mention of hell, or repentance. A lot of preachers preach prosperity, they tell you that God wants you to be healthy and wealthy, they preach about the love of God, but never on the wrath of God, or the fear of God. Understand this, christianity without hell is not christianity.
The apostle Paul told Timothy to "Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables" {2 Tim.4:2-4} That is what most professing christians are doing today, they are turning their ears away from the truths, the truth of hell, the fear of God, even deny that Jesus is the only way to heaven, and even denying the virgin birth of Jesus. Most so called christian churches in America are nothing more than social clubs. "Feel good sermons" are preached today with very little emphasis on holiness. There is so much nonsense in churches today, false doctrines are being preached, professing christians don't even know which bible to use. Instead of the Church influencing the world, the world has influenced the Church, the Church in America today is rotten to the core. True born again bible believing christians who hold to the whole truth are few and far between. We as believers need to honestly contend for THE faith that was once delivered to the saints as it says in Jude 3, and that faith is nigh extinct.
